I bet every mom will agree with me when I say we are very excited to dress up our little ones uniquely come last week of October! 😀
Oh, Trick or Treat season! Ysha was 6 months old on her first Halloween Party last year at the Nickolodeon Takotown event which she was a dinosaur and won as one of the cutest attendees. 🙂
This year, we were invited at the Boobstacular Costume Party, a thanksgiving party for breastfeeding mothers and their children held at PBA Cafe in Metrowalk, Ortigas last October 28!
Mommy was a tiger and Ysha was a bumble bee! 😀
There were brief talks from representatives of the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) Human Milk Bank and ARUGAAN, an NGO that advocates breastfeeding.
It also had space for concessionaires who were selling mommy and baby needs.
What made the day even more exciting were the games, magic show and trick or treat from the concessionaires after the fashion show.
The fashion show being the highlight of the event! Everyone were all so game on wearing known characters or animals for the day!
There were lots of raffle prizes and gifts for winners!
And here were the winners!
Effort and creativity naman talaga, guys! Galing!
For sure everyone had a great time. We did!
It was great to see that the event has given breastfeeding mothers like me both the encouragement and enjoyment that we truly deserve. In a way it has helped in spreading awareness of the importance of breastfeeding and appreciation to the moms who have sacrificed much to building a happy and healthy family.
Happy halloween from mommy tiger and baby bumble bee!
