Still can’t move on! Look how star-studded the Ajinomoto new campaign is!
I am so honored to be invited to the official media launch of Ajinomoto Philippines as they unveiled two big developments on its 60th year: the Aji Seasonings Series Campaign and the new Ajinomoto Group Global Logo!
Selfie while waiting for the celebs. 😀
At Oasis Manila last May 25, 2018, two of the biggest and brightest stars of Philippine TV (I am not into celebrities but these two are exemptions!) Marian Rivera and Anne Curtis made a special appearanceat the #AjinomotoBigDay event to share with media guests their very own cooking journeys and encourage Filipinos to #AlwaysChooseAjiSeasoning. Oh! My heart! Can you just imagine?
This said Aji Seasonings Series Campaign brings together four Ajinomoto seasoning brands:
AJI-NO-MOTO Umami Seasoning
It’s endorser, Liza Soberano, was not able to make it to the event. But through a special video message, she reached out to fellow young cooks. “For all of you who like to cook for their family like me, it’s helpful to know that there are Ajinomoto Seasonings that can aid you to make each and every meal delicious and enjoyable for your loved ones.”
The gorgeous mom and wife, Marian Rivera, and literally every woman’s #momgoals, shared that she has tried a variety of ginisa-related recipes since Dingdong and Zia loves eating ginisa dishes, “mula simpleng ginisang gulay hanggang sa mga recipes na mas bongga at adventurous. Pero pinakapaburito talaga ng mag-ama ko ang ginisang gulay.” you may checkout her Instagram food profile, @LutoNiYan, to see what she means.
AJI PORKSAVOR & AJI CHICKENSAVOR
Anne Curtis is a newlywed starting to explore the kitchen. She said, “Like so many others, I’m a beginner in the kitchen and cooking is such a fun challenge to take on.” Even better, she gets to share her new discoveries with her food-loving family and friends.
Can I just say that Anne has been my ultimate local celebrity crush? And it was my first time so see her up close and even take a photo beside her! Waaah!
Oh! Have you seen the Aji Seasonings Series TV commercials starring Marian, Anne and Liza? I personally say they did a great job not only on choosing their endorsers but also on the theme of the ad. Two thumbs up, Aji Team!
Now here’s a brief explanation on their new logo!
The Ajinomoto Group’s new corporate logo is inspired by the qualities of originality, innovative spirit, and friendliness. It is made up of a continuous red brush stroke which spells the word “Aji”.
“A” mimics the infinity symbol and stands for three infinite ambitions:
- to pursue, master and popularize the Aji taste
- to drive the evolution and develop the value of amino acids
- to promote global sustainability
A line flowing from “A” to “j” represents a person. It suggests people joined together by the joy of cooking and eating, of lives enriched by taste and amino acids.
The line from the bottom of “j” that extends upward to the right symbolizes the growth and development of the Ajinomoto Group in the future.
As simple and as relevant as that!
Ajinomoto provides Filipino families with an Ajinomoto Seasoning for whatever kind of deliciousness they need whether in fried, saucy or soupy dishes. I personally grew up with Ajinomoto on almost every dish my momcy prepares and I literally cannot think of any brand as its direct competitor!
