Every year, PH Mommy Bloggers join together to celebrate the bountiful year that has been via a Thanksgiving slash Christmas Party where everyone bring their own happy selves (no kids allowed!), stories, and gifts to share with every mom who has kids and are passionate on writing about their experiences with them. Thus, Mommy Bloggers Philippines. π
This 2018, I was so excited when I learned that we were celebrating at ICON Hotel! I have heard good feedback about their party venue and their hotel, specially mentioning that you can choose which popular celebrity would you like to be with in your room, or at least their portrait. π
Walking in to the party with last minute work stuff to settle before completely enjoying the night. I could still imagine my big smile after I dropped this call and fully realized I am in for an afternoon of pure fun and delight!
And since our venue was that special, our theme was to wear your favorite movie icon! As moms, all of us were very creative! Some really came in prepared! And some, just like me, picked what was in the closet and thought which character could we make out of it! Hahaha! π
Hats off to these moms! They all deserve to win! I secretly wish I could have the guts to wear a costume such as mommy Michelle’s. Hihi. Maybe in 3 years when both my kids aren’t drinking milk from me anymore that always makes me hungry therefore I can’t go on a strict diet! #alibis π
There were games and raffle! I didn’t win any in the raffle but at least I won P500 GC on a game!
The best part of the party, besides all the awesome food, games and prizes was the quality time spent with these awesome moms, some I even personally admire and look up to. This was our “ME” Time! <3
It isn’t very obvious that I had such a great night! Hahaha!
Being surrounded by happy, positive moms (not to mention they’re all very pretty!) recharged my nearly drained mommy battery and motivated me to keep going!
