The Figaro History

Founded in 1993, way before foreign coffee chains were present in Manila, a group of coffee lovers got together. The “Opera: Barber of Seville” has the song “Figaro” which popularized the name, thus Figaro was born.

True to its local Filipino roots, Figaro taps local coffee beans such as Atok, Benguet Arabica and Barako/Excelsa beans to create its signature House Blend. Today, Figaro Coffee stands as a household name in the local coffee scene, continuously catering to the Filipino palette. As Figaro nurtures its coffee products, it has expanded its food and beverage line too. Injecting Filipino flavors such as the Pinoy Bangus, Pork Longgonisa and Gourmet Embutido, but maintains a lineup of delectable European options that has been loved by its loyal diners.
