We are probably one of the many households here in the Philippines who never miss having potatoes on our meal plan every week. Potatoes are a versatile root vegetable and a staple food in many homes.

Eating potatoes didn’t really matter that much to me before. I enjoy it, I eat it, and that’s it.   1. Waah me and my kids loooove po potatoes mommy nish. Hahaha yung lagi kong niluluto is yung i boil the baby potatoes after boiling sa pan naman iffry ko ng bahagya yung potato (no oil) and mag add ako konting bawang then set aside, maglalagay po ako sa pan ng soysauce di masyado marami tapos halo halo para lumapot ng konti then maglagay po ako ng sesame oil. Yummy then pwede na ihalo yung potatoes na may konting bawang then topped with roasted sesame seeds. Hahaha ewan pero patok sa kids ko yung luto kong yan. Haha!
